Overview

The Centre for Kidney Transplant & Renal Sciences is a state-of-the-art dedicated facility involved in diagnosing kidney diseases, understanding their development and progression as well as providing the corrective treatment and preventive ways. We offer complete nephrology care to patients under one roof, including clinical evaluation, investigations, haemodialysis, nephro-urological procedures, intervention nephrology and kidney transplantation. We have a state-of-the-art fully-equipped Kidney Transplant Unit to cater to living-donor and cadaver-donor kidney transplants. The transplant unit is equipped with dedicated multi-organ transplant ICU with each bed having separate hepafilters and AHU to minimise the risk of infection & cross-infection. The kidney transplant programme offered here is amongst the best in India. We also have an advanced Dialysis Unit offering hi-flux haemodialysis for CKD patients and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) for haemo-dynamically unstable patients. 

Our Team Under the leadership of Dr. Ramesh Jain, the Centre for Kidney Transplant & Renal Sciences has an expert team of 15 doctors including kidney & multi visceral transplant surgeons of national and international repute (Dr. MR Rajasekar and Dr.Ravinder Pal Singh), nephrologists, surgeons, anaesthetists and intensivists. 

Dr Ramesh Jain is one of the most accomplished nephrologists in India having vast experience of twenty years in the field of nephrology, dialysis and transplantation. He received advanced training in nephrology from Copenhagen, Denmark after he was selected for scholarship by International Society of Nephrology in 2006 and also joined hands on training in interventional nephrology from Denver, CO, America in 2010.
